How Paid Artwork Submissions Work
Start by filling out a form with us, along with a copy of some of your work. Our team will review your form and get back to you promptly within 48hrs. we will review your submission based on brand fit.
If you are selected, we will contact you to discuss payment, usage rights, final artwork requirements, and any necessary revisions before production begins. You will always know the compensation terms before agreeing to move forward.
Approved artists will be credited where applicable and paid according to the agreement provided for the selected design. Submitting artwork does not guarantee acceptance, and you will continue to own your design unless a separate agreement is signed.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT AI WORK. Only submit artwork that you created yourself and have the legal right to use.

There is no cost to submit your application or share examples of your work with us.
To apply, complete the artist submission form and include examples of your original artwork. Your portfolio does not need to contain designs made specifically for KRYVIN. we simply want to understand your style, creativity, and overall brand fit.

Artwork Requirements
All artwork must be completely original and created by you. You must own the rights to every design you submit and have permission to use any included elements.
AI-generated artwork will not be accepted. Designs containing stolen artwork, copyrighted characters, unauthorized logos, traced images, or copied concepts will also be rejected.
File Recommendations
For initial submissions, clear JPG, PNG, PDF, or portfolio links are accepted. If you are selected, you may be asked to provide high-resolution production files.
Review Process
Our team reviews submissions based on originality, quality, artistic style, and compatibility with the KRYVIN brand. You can expect a response within approximately 48 hours after submitting your form.
